AhsayOBM/ACB Installation and Configuration
Ahsay's professional customer service team will help you remotely install AhsayOBM / AhsayACB on the client machine that needs to be backed up, and configure backup set for each client machine.
Scope:
- Create AhsayOBM / AhsayACB user account in AhsayCBS
- Install AhsayOBM / AhsayACB on the client machine
- Connect AhsayOBM / AhsayACB to the AhsayCBS
- Configure backup set based on the specification provided by customer. For examples: items to be backed up, backup time schedule, period that data be kept in backup server
Validity:
The one-time installation service is valid for one-month from our engineer's first message initiating the service
Fee:
- US$25 each client installation (will require remote access credentials)
- US$50 each backup set configuration

Service availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hong Kong business hours)
