AhsayCBS Installation and Configuration
Ahsay's professional customer service team will help you remotely install and configure AhsayCBS application on your Windows / Linux server hardware.
Scope:
- Install one AhsayCBS on your Windows / Linux backup server hardware or virtual hosting service
- Activate AhsayCBS with your license
- Configure AhsayCBS according to your specifications, namely:
- System Home and User Home
- Outgoing email server settings
- Trial account settings and routine jobs settings
- Configured predefine Cloud storage
- Enable replication to Cloud/FTP/SFTP (if applicable)
- Enable Use Windows Event Log (for AhsayCBS running on Windows only)
- Enable [System Panel] > [Utility] > [Use Auto Save]
- Verify the connectivity to the Backup server
Validity:
The one-time installation service is valid for two-months from our engineer's first message initiating the service
Fee:
US$500 each

Service availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hong Kong business hours)
