Safe Data Storage Limited was set up in 2004. Its aim was to simplify backing up of data without relying on user's interaction and unreliable tape drives. Our service was unique right from the start offering a managed service by monitoring every backup and informing the user if there was a problem. We used a number of products to start with, but once we found the Ahsay Backup Software, it was clear it was the only product we needed. We worked closely with Ahsay and have had the pleasure of meeting them in Hong Kong on many occasions. It was clear they were extremely passionate about their product and listened to our requirements.

In 2012 we partnered with PRIMUS DATACENTER, here in Porto Alegre- South Brazil. Then, we started offering also dedicated managed hosting. Throughout these years, we had the opportunity to test a variety of services and products, which led us to what we call, the perfect mix: Ahsay System Corporation from China monitored by MyClientGlobal from New Zeeland.

End users:

Our end user client base grew quickly with the Ahsay product. Starting with small peer to peer network to SME's then large PLC's and even universities and Academy's. The product can handle all of this. There are a few tweaks we would always recommend for very large amounts of data, but as soon as they are set, it works extremely well.

Resellers:

It was clear from the early years that the Ahsay Backup Product could be resold, so we developed our own reseller portal which enabled us to bring resellers on-board. It was vital that the product we offered our resellers did exactly what is said it would and it does exactly that!

Protecting our clients data:

With the Ahsay Replication service, we are able to replicate all of our clients encrypted data safely from our Primary UK Data Centre to our second UK Replication Data Centre.
