Using S3ForMe Cloud Object Storage as the Backup Destination

With Ahsay Backup Software, your users are able to backup their data directly to a S3ForMe cloud storage account. The S3ForMe account can be user's own account, or a dedicated S3ForMe account predefined in AhsayCBS central management console.

How to configure S3ForMe as a backup destination in AhsayOBM

1). Login to S3ForMe

2). Create a bucket

3). Click "Edit"

4). Click "New Random Key"

5). These pair of keys will be used in AhsayOBM

6). This is the server address to be used in AhsayOBM

7). Create an "AWS S3 Compatible Cloud Storage" in AhsayOBM

8). Click the "Test" button and it can be connected to S3ForMe bucket successfully

9). Save the destination to the backup set

10). Try to trigger a backup to the new S3ForMe destination

11). Backup completed successfully!
